Our Identity

About Precision Cellular Immunology

We are a MedTech startup redefining quality calibration standards for pathology labs, research, and education.

Our Mission
"To improve patient care by ensuring that diagnostic oncology markers are scored consistently, reducing staining and interpretation errors through sequence-characterized cellular reference platforms."

Through unified hardware (FFPE cellular controls) and scalable software (AI cloud-hosted WSIs deconvolution), we bridge the gap between histology runs and objective therapeutic decisions.

PCI FOUNDING HISTORY

Pioneering in the Heart of TMC

Operating right next to Houston's premier academic medical campus, we witnessed how often pathology clinics struggled to cross-validate dynamic markers. We founded PCI in 2024 to deliver a standardized ground truth.

The Origin of Our Cell Line Approach

Prior to PCI, labs were forced to harvest residual tissue fragments from patient resections. Since tumor resections degrade quickly and are genetically inconsistent, primary stain runs frequently drifted without detection.

We spent two years sequencing, cloning, and characterizing uniform cellular plugs containing precise HER2, p53, and Mismatch Repair gene expression patterns. This gave clinical labs an indestructible standard of consistency.
