Test our high-performance tiling engine. View whole-slide clinical scans at up to 40x resolution, toggle scoring overlays, and simulate local file uploads.
View whole slide macro imagery down to sub-micron cell granules with optimized zoom configurations.
Supports professional scanner formats (Aperio SVS, Hamamatsu NDPI, 3DHISTECH MRXS).
Toggle automated cell nuclei and tissue area overlays for rapid expression calculations.
Verify, digitize, and review staining profiles in three simple steps.
Insert a PCI slide carrying sequence-characterized cells in your routine pathology automated staining run.
Export the high-res virtual slide (SVS/NDPI) from your micro-scanner and drop it directly in our cloud portal.
Evaluate stain separations, read calculated scoring TPS ranges, and compare results to standard controls.
Our OpenSlide engine is compatible with globally utilized scanner systems.

Technical specifications regarding security and image rendering.
Our cloud-hosted OpenSlide engine supports gigapixel whole slide images (WSI) exceeding 40 Gigabytes. For extremely massive files, our secure uploader uses segmented AWS multipart uploads, preventing browser crashes and connection drops.
Slides are decoded in memory for viewing and are not stored long-term, and no patient identity links are kept. The viewer is intended for research and demonstration use, so please remove patient identifiers before uploading.
The PCI Digital slide viewer is optimized for standard modern web browsers that support hardware WebGL rendering. This includes Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox. No desktop software downloads are required.
Our neural network separates stained colors mathematically to isolate cell nuclei from biomarker protein expression (DAB). The system then segments individual cells, measures brown pigment intensity per cell, and calculates Tumor Proportion Scores calibrated against standard reference cell plugs.
